這個社會上有些人雖然很想要有工作，但卻常常拿不到錄取通知書；或是做著同樣的工作內容，但薪資卻比別人低、升遷的機會比別人少—因為他們是身心障礙者⋯⋯
是否有一天，「身心障礙」可以不是一種障礙，而是一種差異性？我們能以制度、科技輔具等方式來兼容每個人的差異性呢？我期待著那天的到來。

你知道嗎？每三名婦女，就有一名曾有受暴經驗。令人難過的是：85% 以上的受暴婦女，是被親密伴侶施加暴力對待。超過一半的人，不曾去求助。就算有人鼓起勇氣去求助了，也只有少於 10% 的人會向警方求援。這個現象在青少年中更加地嚴重，只有 1% 曾經歷強迫性行為的青少女向專業求助⋯⋯

今天仍是談永續發展目標三「健康與福祉」的相關主題：世界糖尿病日。1922 年以前，糖尿病是個無藥可醫的疾病。由於胰島素注射法的發現，現在糖尿病患者也可以正常地生活。雖然如此，但糖尿病造成的危害仍不容小覷。全世界大約每 5 秒就有一人因糖尿病而死亡。在台灣，糖尿病也在十大死因中名列前茅。特別值得注意的是「糖尿病前期」的族群，處在這階段的人們，不會感到不舒服，但身體葡萄糖的代謝已經出問題了！快來聽聽，這集的「Ginny 看數據」來了解糖尿病相關的議題吧！

十月是世界乳癌關懷月，為什麼國內外對乳癌的防治這麼重視？這集的內容會介紹乳癌關懷月的由來，再說明乳癌在全球及台灣的現況，以及台灣乳癌患者和歐美國家的不同。

由於台灣乳癌患者的平均年齡比歐美國家早了十歲。因此，政府提供年齡將近和有家族史的婦女每兩年一次免費乳房攝影檢查，希望達到早期發現，早期治療的目的。接著簡單介紹乳房攝影及適合與不適合受檢的時機。

再來，提醒萬一收到陽性的篩檢結果應該如何應對。最後，說明除了定期篩檢以外，其他能降低乳癌風險的方式。
